ABOUT THE SOLUTION
The MELIORA® platform was selected by SPN’s National Low Weight Registration Commission to improve the efficiency of the data transformation process as well as its simple and quick visualization through a national benchmarking solution. Healthcare professionals and members of the society (over 300) can now quickly and intuitively access relevant data for premature infants to monitor the main indicators of their activity, to compare their unit against national benchmarks, and to identify the variables that most influence the future morbidities of very low birth weight preterm infants. In order to promote the dissemination of good practices in Neonatology in Portugal, this solution includes the production of automatic and personalized reports for each Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
