The MELIORA® Hospital Performance solution enabled HFZ-Ovar to centralize the monitoring of performance, quality and access of external contratualized KPI (e.g. case-mix index, equivalent patients, patients left), internal contratualized KPI (e.g. MCDTs, Doctor’s appointments, Surgeries) and calculation of income. This solution was integrated with the administrative system – SONHO – and customized according to the specific needs of its planning, control and management professionals. The MELIORA® Hospital Performance improved the decision-making process in a timely manner based on the evolution of the indicators and the achievement of the contracted targets – which also allowed to internally accelerate the definition of preventive and corrective actions.
